For Patients & Families
Fair Haven's Apartments are leased from a private apartment complex located across the street from Indiana University Hospital. Each apartment has one bedroom with two twin beds. Additional sleeping space is provided with either a rollaway bed, sleeper sofa, or living room couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range & oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. Each apartment also has its own washer & dryer. Cable television and internet service is provided. Apartments are fully stocked with dishes, cookware, bed & bath linens, and basic items needed for daily living. Minimum stay is 14 days and maximum stay is up to 90 days. No smoking is allowed inside apartments; guests may smoke on patios or outside only. Violators will be asked to vacate the apartment and pay for cleaning costs. To hold a spot on the waiting list, complete an online application.
