Fair Haven's Apartments are leased from a private apartment complex located across the street from Indiana University Hospital. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances including a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker. The one-bedroom apartments have two twin beds; the two-bedroom apartments have a queen bed and two twin beds. Additional sleeping space is provided with either a sleeper sofa, rollaway bed, or living room couch. Each apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer. Cable TV and internet service is provided (Ethernet cable is required). Each apartment is stocked with dishes and cookware, bed and bath linens, and other items needed for daily living. Minimum stay is 14 days and maximum stay is up to 90 days. No smoking is allowed inside apartments; guests may smoke only on patios or outside. Violators will be asked to vacate apartment and pay for cleaning costs. To apply, complete an online application to hold a spot on the waiting list.
